I have been to a handful of different massage therapists but Kyra is by far the best! I have never had anyone dig into the knots and actually get them worked out like she has! I admit you may have to breath through some of it but it's worth it!!! so worth it!!

I have been going to Kyra for around two years now. I was in extreme pain which was affecting my overall happiness. Kyra changed my life for the better. I never realized the impact massages had on overall health and wellbeing. Kyra is very skilled at her profession and she has an excellent personable personality, I highly recommend.

I have been going to Kyra for about a year now and recommend her highly for anyone looking for a therapeutic massage therapist. My main issues are muscle tightness and soreness that are usually caused by trigger points. Kyra customizes each session based on the information you give her when you arrive. I usually have tightness and pain in the neck and shoulder area. Kyra performs deep tissue massage and targeted trigger point release. I always leave feeling better than when I arrived.

​I am a fairly active person and with that sometimes comes some muscle pain and stiffness. I find that seeing Kyra every 3-4 weeks helps eliminate that pain and stiffness and allows me to continue that active lifestyle.
